Trip Highlights
• Duration: Approximately 4 hours
• Included: Canoe or kayak, paddle, PFD, light, and all required gear
• Requirements: Basic paddling experience; age 12+ (under 18 with guardian)

What to Bring
• Weather-appropriate clothing (layers recommended) – Wet / Dry suit maybe appropriate depending on air/water temperatures. We will be monitoring these and the weather to make sure the paddle is safe)
• Water and a snack
• Sense of adventure and willingness to step outside your comfort zone
• Bring a headlamp (preferable one with red light setting as well, we will also have some for people to use)
Do NOT bring string lights, Christmas lights, or any other coloured lights.
