We will be visiting the newest Canton brewery. The Woodshop, which is expected to open in the June time frame. This brewery is a project of Unhitched Brewing in Louisville, Ohio. It will be focusing on making naturally fermented beers (wild yeast and blended yeasted). Unhitched commercial fermented beer will also be on tap. More info here: https://www.woodshop.beer/
