Calm and nurture yourself with a delicious combination of yoga practices to help to relieve the negative effects of every day stress - the perfect remedy in times of tiredness, illness, or overwhelm or just to give yourself that much needed attention.We’ll start to unwind with some lush somatic movements to help RELEASE tensions and create space.
We will then weave in some lovely shapes to help RESTORE the body and the mind as we tune into our breath using a blend of Yin and Restorative Yoga.
We lead then into a deep, guided Yoga Nidra RELAXation to induce full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. This is particularly beneficial if you are feeling tired, run down, stressed or exhausted.
This combination of style and practices is SO good for almost everything! Exhaustion, burn out, aching joints, fatigue, New Year blues or just giving yourself the time out that you deserve.
The event will be on Friday 22nd November from 7-9 for the yoga, with tea & cake from 9pm, back in the lovely warm and candlelit Church Lawford Village Hall.
This is a great session for anyone looking to bring some nurture and balance ahead of the Christmas season.
