NIGHT OF 1000 STEVIES – the largest and most beloved STEVIE NICKS fan event in the world – will return for its 32nd annual edition on May 4. NIGHT OF 1000 STEVIES 32: NORTHERN STAR is produced by show founders CHI CHI VALENTI and JOHNNY DYNELL and their creative krewe at THE JACKIE FACTORY. Neither a contest nor a karaoke show, NOTS is the Stevie Nicks celebration ne plus ultra – a riot of shawls, lace, baby’s breath, twirling, tambourines and great performance.
The entire 1000 STEVIES family is overjoyed to return once again to our longtime Union Square venue IRVING PLAZA. This year’s theme was inspired by a trip our producers took to Sweden last June at the time of the famous celebration MIDSUMMER. Like the crowd at our annual gathering 1000 STEVIES, flower crowns, pagan gowns and joy were The Look. The Jackie Factory’s “Nordic Stevie Fantasy” will mix Goddess NICKS Magic with that of Norse Goddesses like FREYJA (pictured on our poster). The show will feature a dozen performances along with the evening-length Stevie/Fleetwood dance floor and other traditional rites.
NOTS is known for generations of Stevie interpretations by performers in disciplines from Nicksian vocals to heavy metal to drag ballet. Confirmed performers for 2024 include audience favorites like Diva Songbirds AMBER MARTIN and XAVIER SMITH, “Rock and Realness” Stevie/Lindsey duo MARYANNE PICCOLO and MIKE GREKO, burlesque icons KITTEN 'N LOU (New Orleans) and Method Songstress BRIDGET BARKAN and her merry band DUSTY and SHANE. We are excited to announce the return of crooner JOHNNY QUINLAN (North Carolina) and of course our longtime show DJ SAMMY JO.
After brilliant debuts in 2023 we are thrilled to bring back Ireland’s VIKKI MARTIN from Dublin’s STANDBACK and Boston area chanteuse and witchy event producer NIKI LUPARELLI. Speaking of debuts, the first debut performer selected for NOTS 32 is New Orleans based British Burlesque star PINKY DEVILLE. Our full bill will be announced in mid-March.
