We are excited to bring night jumps back to Skydive Ramblers!Should you wish to participate, please read the following THROUGHLY.
❗️Arrive EARLY on the day! ALL night jumpers MUST complete at least one day jump and have to be on the ground from their last day jump no later than 2:30pm. This saves on trying to find people and delaying the brief.
⏰ Brief to take place at 4:00pm.
💲 Each novice night jumper will need to pay $40 for the night jumping brief (compulsory for first timers). This has to be paid 7 days in advance (by Sat. 29th August). If you have paid for one in the past you may sit in for free. It is highly recommended that ALL night jumpers sit in on the brief!
💲 Night jumps are $110 per jump. And jumpers MUST nominate the number of jumps (a maximum of 2) they wish to complete and MUST have paid for them IN FULL 7 days prior the event. Night jumps are non-refundable unless there the jumps are weathered out.

🙏 The reason for the firm timeframes and financial obligations come from the challenges in running the plane and event, which require smooth operations and the enjoyment of all the participants.
REQUIREMENTS for jumpers:
❗️C licence or above. Currency is also required, and every jumper is subject to approval by the CI regardless of licence.
❗️Audible altimeter
❗️Backlit altimeter (If you have a glow in the dark one then make sure you leave it out in the light for a bit on the day so it can ‘charge up’.)
❗️🔦 Torch taped/mounted to the outside of left arm (so you can check for malfunctions under canopy and it will also serve to illuminate your canopy for other jumpers.)
❗️No tinted visors or goggles
❗️Glow sticks (optional)
❗️Tape
