Theme: United for Progress: A Strategic Dialogue on Welfare, Security, and National Development.
Dear Fellow Nigerians, Distinguished Leaders, and Stakeholders,
The Arewa Youths in Diaspora (AYD), in the spirit of national unity, love, and mutual understanding, cordially invites the general public to a high-level Nigerian Diaspora Town Hall Meeting. This event serves as a critical platform for all Nigerians in Ghana and stakeholders in Nigeria to discuss our collective future.
This event is organized with the full institutional support and active participation of the High Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Ghana. We are honored to announce that the Acting High Commissioner and key officials of the Mission will be in attendance to engage directly with the community.
Key Discussion Agenda
1. Safety and Welfare: Improving the living conditions and protection of Nigerians in Ghana.
2. Human Trafficking & the ‘Japa’ Syndrome: Addressing migration challenges and finding sustainable solutions.
3. Diaspora Voting: Examining the advantages and overcoming the obstacles to our democratic participation and our constitutional rights.
4. National Security: Leveraging diaspora resources and intelligence to tackle insecurity in Nigeria.

This initiative is led by Mr. Yusuf Ambi Anas Bauchi, whose leadership spans the breadth of the Nigerian community in Ghana, serving as:
