Have you ever tried to read Nietzsche but found it too heavy?
Or maybe you’ve always been curious about his ideas but never had the chance to explore them? Or you already know and love his work, and are simply attracted to the title..
This workshop is for you. 🌿
Together, we will explore Nietzsche’s Thus Spoke Zarathustra in a simple, practical, and engaging way. You don’t need any philosophy background, just curiosity and openness. We are doing this because the book holds ideas that bring clarity, strength, and meaning to daily life.
🔹 What we’ll explore:
The Last Man: living in comfort but spiritually shrinking
The Overman: creating new values, embracing life fully, Nietzsche's direction
The Three Metamorphoses: camel, lion, and child as steps of transformation
Key ideas such as Amor Fati (love of faith), Eternal Return, and the risks of “too much virtue”

🕰 15:15 – 16:00 Q&A Session
🕰 16:15 – 17:00 Experiments to Digest the Knowledge (interactive exercises & reflections)
The doors will be open from 14.00 for those who want to come early to meet and enjoy the space 🌿
🔹 How it works:
This is not a dry lecture. It’s an open and interactive space where we reflect together and connect Nietzsche’s timeless insights to our daily lives. Expect discussion, inspiration, and practical takeaways for your own path of growth.
In our times, it can be difficult to find the focus and time to sit down and read a book. Maybe these ideas have always sparked your interest from afar, but you haven’t found the motivation to dive in. And that’s completely fine; no one has to love everything. You might not enjoy reading books, yet still feel the desire to access these unique and important insights. This workshop is created exactly with that in mind: to make Nietzsche’s philosophy approachable, alive, and meaningful for anyone curious.

👤 About Me
My name is Bige. I am a psychotherapist and yoga teacher. Philosophy has always been a source of inspiration in my personal and professional life. I believe in sharing the narratives that uplift me, and in this workshop I would like to bring Nietzsche’s ideas closer to daily experience, where they can become tools for reflection, strength, and transformation.
I studied both philosophy and psychology, and I’ve built my identity as a psychotherapist on top of my background in philosophy. Wanting to share this knowledge beyond therapy sessions, I created PATH (Philosophy in Action for Today’s Habits). It makes me happy to share with you a piece of this cultural heritage we are all sitting on as humanity.
