Dear Neighbor,If you haven’t yet seen the design proposals for our precedent-setting community project, this open house event provides the perfect opportunity. Stop by anytime during the two-hour window to learn more about what’s being proposed for the future of the Nicollet Island-East Bank neighborhood. As always, the design team from Urban Ecosystems Landscape Architects will be on site to facilitate the event, answer your questions, and gather your feedback.

To date, the feedback we’ve received has been significant. That said, for this project to be truly representative of the community, we need to hear from everyone in the neighborhood, especially our renters.

The event will mark the end of the project’s second phase. Following its completion, information about the third and final phase will be shared with the community.
