Nick Thune is an American comedian, actor, and writer known for his deadpan delivery, absurdist storytelling, and sharp one-liners. Originally from Seattle, he built his career on late-night stages and through various film and television roles.He has had roles in films such as the Judd Apatow hit Knocked Up (2007), Unaccompanied Minors, Extract, Marvel’s Venom, and the lead role in the 2017 indie film Dave Made a Maze. In 2025, his short film “BDAY Private Dick” with John C. Reilly premiered at the Palm Springs Film Festival.
His TV credits include guest appearances on shows like Happy Endings, Don’t Trust the B—- in Apartment 23, HBO Max’s Love Life opposite Anna Kendrick, Hulu’s How I Met Your Father, and ABC’s Not Dead Yet.
