Led by guitarist and vocalist Nick Mardon—widely recognized as “the hardest working musician in Seattle”—the Trio delivers fiery, high-energy performances that fuse the soul of ’60s and ’70s blues-rock power trios with the grit of Seattle’s ’90s alternative scene. With Adin Pennington on bass and vocals and Andy Emery on drums, the group commands the stage with chemistry, virtuosity, and raw energy.
Nick has performed nearly a thousand shows, lighting up venues like the Moore Theatre, Highway 99 Blues Club, Tulalip Casino, and Everett Historic Theatre, as well as stages in Alaska, Las Vegas, Memphis, and New York. His technical guitar work—often pulling off Hendrix-inspired moves like playing behind his head—is matched by his soulful vocals and ability to connect deeply with audiences.
The Trio’s setlist spans over 200 songs, including Nick’s originals and timeless covers from Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Pearl Jam, Led Zeppelin, Sublime, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Al Green, Eric Clapton, Johnny Cash, and more.
