Louise has experienced limiting self-belief and lack of self-confidence for most of her life causing her to spiral into anxiety and depression. It affected her work as a HR Professional and impacted her relationships in love. In 2017, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. It gave her the most valuable lesson of all – It is okay to be me and I have to start living the life I want now!!
