The Nice Girl Takeover is an overnight lock-in designed to help girls build confidence, connection, and self-awareness in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. This night is about learning how to care for your body, understand yourself, and show up with kindness, for yourself and others.
This isn’t about being “perfect.”
It’s about being informed, confident, and kind to your body.
What the girls will experience:
• Stretching, movement, and grounding
• Snack time and meaningful connection
• DIY self-care products
• Age-appropriate education on hygiene and everyday toxins
• Confidence-building conversations
• Friendship, laughter, and quiet leveling up
Comfy sweats and leggings encouraged. Come exactly as you are.
We’re raising girls who won’t have to unlearn everything later.
