About this Event
Join us at Nibble Kitchen for a festive Salvadoran cooking class!
Learn to make authentic pupusas, curtido (spicy cabbage slaw), and salsa roja from Salvadoran Chef Edwin Orellana of Dos Manos Kitchen. In addition to pupusas, we'll learn the art of making delicious Nuegados SalvadoreƱos de Yuca, a popular holiday fritter made with yuca and drenched in delicious honey sauce.
Experience the flavors of El Salvador and perfect your pupusa-making skills to impress your friends and family this holiday season
Nibble Kitchen Cooking Classes are 2/3 cooking class, 1/3 dinner party! Come hungry and ready to jump right into the kitchen with Chef Edwin. Nibble classes are very hands-on, Chef Edwin will guide us through every step of the class, but be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
When the food is all ready we will sit together and share the meal we have just created! This is also a great chance to chat with Chef Edwin and learn all about Christmas in his native El Salvador.
