SPEAKER BIOS:
Rev. Kasey Horvath
Rev. Kasey Horvath serves as the Lead Pastor of All Saints Church. As Lead Pastor, he is the primary preacher and point person for pastoral care. He also shepherds our staff and consistory. Kasey and his wife, Katie, have four children and love spending time at the beach. He hails from New Jersey and is a former colligate athlete, having played ice hockey at Liberty University. Kasey has previously served as a pastor and church planter. He was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel in the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference, and was trained as a counselor by the American Association of Christian Counselors. Kasey studied for pastoral ministry at Heidelberg Theological Seminary and Liberty University. He was ordained as the Lead Pastor of All Saints Church on June 25, 2023. Kasey currently serves as a board member of DomNet, the church planting network of the C.R.E.C.
Rev. Steven R. Martins
Rev. Steven R. Martins is the founding director of the Cántaro Institute and founding pastor of Sevilla Chapel in St. Catharines, Ontario. He holds a Master’s degree summa cum laude in Theological Studies with a focus on Christian apologetics from Veritas International University in Santa Ana, California. He is the General Editor of The Old Spanish Reformers series and the translator of several Spanish Protestant works of the sixteenth-century. He has spoken at numerous conferences, churches, and University student events, from York University to the University of West Indies in Trinidad, and the national Universities of Costa Rica. He is also the author of several books, including Apologetics: Studies in Biblical Apologetics for a Christian Worldview and Lectures on Reformation & Culture.
Dr. Ted Van Raalte
Dr. Ted Van Raalte is professor of Ecclesiology at the Canadian Reformed Theological Seminary, prior to which he served as a pastor for eleven years. He completed a Ph.D. at Calvin Theological Seminary in historical theology, focusing on Antoine de Chandieu’s (1534-1591) clear presentation of Reformed theology by the use of scholastic method. He is the author of several books, including As You See the Day Approaching: Reformed Perspectives on the Last Things.
Dr. David Robinson
Dr. David Robinson is senior pastor at Westminster Chapel (Toronto, Canada), an adjunct professor in the Biblical Studies and Theology department at Tyndale University College & Seminary, and presently serves as chairman of the ETS Ontario-Quebec region. His research interests include early North African Christianity and the history of biblical interpretation, particularly the book of Revelation. David has published articles in Studia Patristica, Worship, Theoforum, Humanitas, and Revista Vida y Espiritualidad.
Dr. Brian G. Najapfour
Born and reared in the Philippines, Dr. Brian G. Najapfour holds a Master of Theology from Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Theological University of Apeldoorn. He has been a minister of the gospel since 2001 and has served both in the Philippines and in the U.S. He now lives in Canada, pastoring Heritage Reformed Congregation of Jordan, Ontario. He has authored and coedited numerous books and has contributed several articles to journals, periodicals, and encyclopedias.
