Nia is an uplifting blend of:

- Location: Thomas Dixon Centre, West End (enter via Drake St)
- Parking: Street parking or 2-hour free parking at Montague Markets ($10 for 3 hours)
- What to wear: Comfy clothes that allow you to move freely (leggings, shorts, etc.)
- What to bring: Water bottle and yoga mat/towel (optional)
