Do you love to dance? Come and join us for our brand new Nia dance fitness class at the Tramshed Arts and Community Centre, Narrabeen, in the Lakeside Hall.
A Nia class is gentle and invigorating, with easy-to-follow moves. Nia is for everyBODY and ALL ages in a warm and inclusive environment. Come and reconnect with the joy of moving in your body's way.
Beginners are most welcome.
