About this Event

The NI Fraud Forum is delighted to announce our 2025 Annual Conference, hosted in partnership with KPMG.

This year’s theme — Procurement and Construction Fraud: Building Integrity from the Ground Up — brings together senior voices from professional and financial services, policing, construction, and the legal community to tackle one of the most persistent and costly forms of financial crime in Northern Ireland.

Procurement and construction fraud thrive in complex environments built on trust — where false invoicing, bid manipulation, and conflicts of interest can quietly drain millions. More dangerously, coercion, collusion, and cultural blind spots allow misconduct to become “business as usual.”

Join business leaders, investigators, auditors, and compliance professionals for a morning of insight, discussion, and practical strategies to strengthen integrity across the public and private sectors.
