Entry Fee:
To enter single group (1, 2 or 3): £20 per competitor
To double enter Cadet & Junior: £30 per competitor

One coach per club per Mat Area will be permitted free entry on production of a their own VALID BJA Coach Award card. Other coaches, on production of their valid BJA Coach Award card are eligible for the concession rate of £3 per day or £5 for the weekend
PLEASE SUPPLY NAME/NAMES OF NOMINATED COACHES WHO WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE - ONLY ONE NOMINATED COACH PER MAT AREA
All competitors must bring their valid judo licence (Team Card/Licence Slip) and record book showing confirmation of grade to the weigh-in/registration. Players from abroad must show valid membership of an organisation recognised by the IJF/EJU. All competitors MUST present themselves to the weigh-in wearing competition acceptable judogi trousers and females must wear a t-shirt. ALL Minors must weigh in wearing judogi trousers and t-shirt. Male competitors will receive a 0.5kg allowance and female competitors a 0.6 allowance.
Compound Knockout will be used throughout the weekend for weight groups of 8 or more players. The Tournament Director has the right to combine weight categories when there are insufficient entries in any weight group.
Contest duration will be: Minors & Pre-Cadets – three (3) minutes; Cadets – four (4) minutes.
Golden score will be as per current BJA rules.
GROUP 1: MINORS – Competitors born in years 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014

BOYS: -27kg, -30kg, -34kg, -38kg, -42kg, -50kg, -55kg, -60kg, +60kg
GIRLS: -25kg, -28kg, -32kg, -36kg, -40kg, -44kg, -48kg, -52kg, +52kg
WEIGH-IN TIMES: 08.15 to 09.00
GROUP 2: Pre-Cadet – Competitors born in years 2009 & 2010
There will be NO Shime-waza or Kansetsu-waza
BOYS: -34kg, -38kg, -42kg, -46kg, -50kg, -55kg, -60kg, -66kg, +66kg
GIRLS: -32kg, -36kg, -40kg, -44kg, -48kg, -52kg, -57kg, -63kg, +63kg
WEIGH-IN TIMES: 10.30 to 11.30
GROUP 3: Cadet – Competitors born in years 2006, 2007 & 2008
Shime-waza and Kansetsu-waza will apply
BOYS: -42kg, -46kg, -50kg, -55kg, -60kg, -66kg, -73kg, -81kg, -90kg, +90kg
GIRLS: -40kg, -44kg, -48kg, -52kg, -57kg, -63kg, -70kg, +70kg
