NHAU | POP-UP | 11.21.2025
Nhau is our cocktail concept inspired by Vietnamese food, history, and culture. Come experience bold cocktails, our sensational house shot, and much more!

The Nhau pop-up will feature drinks for purchase, inspired by Vietnamese cuisine and culture, including:

Anh Yêu Em, our take on a lychee martini crafted with edible rose petals and rose syrup
Donuts in Little Saigon, our ode to the bánh cam (sesame ball) snack from childhood
Ruộng Ông Nội, our spicy and sweet tribute to Grandpa
and many more!

How the event works:

We'll be serving up craft cocktails all night starting at 8 PM! Our full menu, along with prices, will be released soon.
Given the capacity of our pop-up space and to accurately plan for your attendance, we ask that you either book a free Table Reservation or a free "Entry" ticket based on the time you are planning to arrive.
Table Reservations are for 2-6 guests (minimum 1 cocktail per person) for 55 minutes and we'll honor a 10-minute grace period for your arrival if you're running late!
Walk-ins are welcome, however, you may not be guaranteed immediate entry due to capacity. Those with Entry Tickets will be prioritized over walk-ins and we'll honor a 10-minute grace period for Entry tickets. After 10 minutes, we may have to add you to the walk-in waitlist.
Entry Tickets and Walk-In guests can enjoy our drinks at our first-come, first-served standing tables!
