A small group journey to reconnect with the body and intuition, to sit with or journal our intentions or what is on our hearts.
Lift your vibration and reset the nervous system.
A safe grounded space for receiving a heart activating guided meditation and unique bodywork for those who are open to assist in releasing energetic blockages which is the most rapid way to shift.
If you are a Mum, take some time out from the kids and connect with a like minded community which includes other mothers.
All walks of life welcome.
Finishing with light refreshments.
What to bring: Comfortable attire and anything that you feel called to support your session.

Time: 8am-10am approx depending on the group, allow 90-120mins

Meet Your Host:
Jaime is a Māori Healing Practitioner who is part Māori and part Scottish, descending from Ngati Kahungunu Iwi ~ Tribe, Hawkes Bay, Aotearoa New Zealand.
She shares the modalities of MiriMiri and RomiRomi incorporating intuitive ways, which are a Polynesian modality of heart centred bodywork.
She also has experience with Internal Family Systems Therapy and Astrology & Human Design Archetypal Systems, amongst other modalities.
Her work in the space of sharing healing publicly began in 2019, after many years on the spiritual journey.
She is a business guide for those stepping into their creative business ideas as well as a business owner and contractor, weaving traditional methods with spirituality.
As a mother of 4 young ones she is passionate about helping to shift inter generational patterning and for others to feel more higher vibrational vibes, to live a life embodied in alignment.
