SAVE THE DATE!- Bob & I have decided that the Santa Fe river & the Itchnetuknee springs are way too far to drive to day trip. We are going to make a paddle event weekend. Save the Dates - general concept will be - drive up to High Springs on Fri 3/14 check into whatever personal lodging accommodations you arrange - some people will be camping, some hotel, some air bnb - we are on our own. Sat 3/15 paddle Santa Fe River 8 springs in 8 miles hopefully going to use the shuttle service then some group local dining whatever we can find. Sun 3/16 paddle Itchnetuknee Springs using shuttle service - drift 10 miles downstream all day. You can then drive back home Sun night or Monday morning 3/17 up to you.Both paddle day events will be firmly planned & mapped out as time gets closer. Join us for 1 day or all weekend it's up to YOU! Fellow friends & paddlers are welcome - the more the merrier!
