About this Event
Technology shapes how we work, communicate and think. It connects us, speeds us up and helps us get more done – but it also brings overload, distraction and burnout if we’re not careful.
This Nexus Presents session, delivered by Step One Charity’s Wellbeing@Work team, looks at how to work with technology in a way that protects your mental wellbeing, focus and energy, not drains it.
You’ll explore how digital habits affect the brain and nervous system, why switching off is so hard, and how small changes can make a big difference to how you feel at work.
This is not a lecture – it’s practical, interactive and designed for real working life.
