The courageous and deeply moving story provides agony as well as ecstasy, darkness as well as light. Next to Normal won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2010. It also received 11 Tony nominations and won Best Original Score, Best Lead Actress in a Musical, and Best Orchestrations.
