Visioning Northwest Santa Fe together!
Homewise is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping create successful homeowners and strengthening neighborhoods.
We own a significant amount of land in northwest Santa Fe (between NM 599 and Alameda ) and want to ensure the vision for this area reflects the needs and priorities of current residents, future neighbors, and the broader community. Over the past several months, we’ve led a community-driven engagement process to help shape a shared vision for this critical area, including holding our first community meeting in January.
And now, we’re coming back to:
• Review what we heard from the public meeting
• Dive deeper into proposed concepts based on your feedback
• Continue to shape next steps for this important area of NW Santa Fe together!
Your voice is essential as we continue working together to create a thoughtful, community-centered vision for the future of Santa Fe.

Somos propietarios de una cantidad significativa de terreno en el noroeste de Santa Fe (entre 599 y Alameda) y queremos asegurarnos de que la visión para esta área refleje las necesidades y prioridades de los residentes actuales, los futuros vecinos y la comunidad en general.
