Next Steps Cooking Class - Baby food making class

This hands-on class is a special collaboration between Megan Dean, Pediatric Registered Nurse and IBCLC Lactation Consultant, Megan Potts, founder of Core Cooking, and New Mom School, a renowned postnatal education program.

In this class, you’ll learn:

• Practical baby food preparation techniques from Megan Potts, who will share her expertise in creating wholesome, delicious meals that your baby will love.
• Expert guidance from Megan Dean, who combines her experience as a lactation consultant and mom to help you navigate the challenges of your baby’s feeding journey.
• New Mom School will introduce its unique, multi-week classes designed to support new moms in postpartum care, offering research-based education and a whole-person approach. You’ll also gain access to a supportive community of moms as you embark on your parenting journey.
