We are excited to host The Next Rung Got Your Six Throw-Down this year at River Raisin CrossFit in Monroe Mi. Please join us for this fun competition to help us give back to the ones that always save us. Grab your partner and get signed up now.
Next Rung’s mission is to help combat mental health issues among Firefighters and First Responders. Next Rung wants to be a beacon of hope during these difficult times that many of us face. Mental health issues and an alarming amount of suicides have become a major problem among this profession.
Next Rung tackles these issues through its “Three Pillars”. Pillar I - Peer Support: Peer support is one-on-one conversation with another firefighter/first responder just like the person who is contacting us for help. Pillar II - Avenues for Professional Help: We offer a few avenues for Firefighter/First Responders to obtain professional help. Pillar III: Honor The Fallen: We donate back to each family that we learn of who has lost their firefighter/first responder to suicide.
All proceeds will go back to Next Rung to help support firefighters and other first responders within the area. We are excited to give back to the community and help the ones that are always there to save us! So that means grab your friends and family and get signed up. This competition is meant for everyone as we have 3 divisions RX, Scaled, and Novice. (Same sex partners) There is a place for everyone!

Please register individually, once registered please fill out google form (will be emailed once sign up is complete). In the form, please provide email, partner name, team name, division, and t-shirt size.
Cost per person: $50 (includes t-shirt)
Divison include: RX, Scaled, and Novice (same sex partners)
