Come witness the next generation of powerful voices take the stage.The Next Narrative® Monologue Competition Final Performance is more than a showcase, it’s a celebration of young artists boldly telling their stories. After an intensive week of workshops, coaching, and rehearsals, these high school performers step into the spotlight to present original monologues written by today’s leading Black playwrights.
Join us on Monday, March 9, at 7:00 PM for a fully produced, adjudicated final performance featuring professional tech and unforgettable storytelling. Guided by Atlanta-based Teaching Artist Jade Maia Lambert, students bring themes of identity, justice, culture, and courage to life.
This is the culminating moment of a national program that sends regional winners to New York City, the Apollo Theater, and beyond.
