About this Event
We live in a society where stress & distress has become the norm. Our Jewish tradition offers us frameworks & tools to choose a different path, a path of more clear-eyed, open-hearted, wise living in relationship with ourselves, each other, & the Divine.
Over the next four months, we’ll be gathering to learn meditation techniques & Jewish texts that can support our learning & practice. Each session will have a 25-minute guided meditation, a short learning, singing, and time for group reflection & individual sharing. All of this will be followed by tea & schmoozing!
This group is for anyone, from beginner to experienced meditators. Each session will build upon the previous, but you're welcome to try out just one session or join us for all four.
