This year is the 230th anniversary of the formation of the Orange Institution and Newtownards District is marking the event with a parade of banners through the town.This spectacular event will take place on Saturday 20th September, beginning at 10.30am.
We'd be pleased to welcome participants from all across the Orange jurisdiction, as well as other loyal orders, hoping to make up the largest display of banners on parade this year. So bring your banner or bannerette and join us in Newtownards on 20th September.
Should you wish to participate, please register with our District secretary, either via the email below or by messaging this page. A £10 registration fee per banner will be requested, with all proceeds going towards our chosen charity for this event - B Positive.
