George Russell Jr. is a name that hardly needs an introduction in the region. This year’s performance will make him the Summit’s first three-time performer since moving from the Waban Library. A pianist renowned for his passion, fire, soul, and spirit, he has recently embarked on a sabbatical from his teaching responsibilities to focus on his latest recording project, Reimagined.
