10 week c25k course running once a week each Monday consecutively building up to running a 5k and ending with a celebratory Park Run at Stamford Park. Discretionary repeat of the run session each Thursday where possible. There are 15 spaces you need to register on Run Together and upload all of your details including emergency details. You will then just need to search for Newton Effers and Jeffers and book just on week 1 so that I have all your details.
