Representatives from Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of HII, will host events throughout the day for you to learn about job opportunities including internships, co-ops, and full-time positions! Opportunities are available for U.S. citizens only and students from the Batten College of Engineering and Technology and Strome College of Business are preferred interview candidates. Located at the Engineering Systems Building Atrium
Network with Dean Jeffrey Fergus, Newport News Shipbuilding representatives, and faculty. Refreshments will be provided.
10:15AM – 11:15AM: Strome College of Business Donuts with the Dean 🍩
Located at the Constant Hall Atrium
Network with interim Dean Erika Marsillac, Newport News Shipbuilding representatives, and faculty. Refreshments will be provided.
11:30AM – 3:00PM: Networking, Interviews, & Information Session 🗣️💼
Located at North & Central Café, Webb Center
Network with NNS representatives and participate in 1:1 interviews. From 12:30PM – 1:30PM there will be a presentation about job opportunities and the online application process. Lunch will be provided.
10:00AM – 12:20PM & 1:40PM – 3:00PM: Resume Reviews 📄

Drop-in to have your resume reviewed by Center for Career & Leadership Development career coaching staff as well as representatives from Newport News Shipbuilding.
