About the Venue: The story of our restaurant starts in 1921, when a company known as Art Marble created a business of selling high-end granite and stone to customers in the Pacific Northwest. Originally known as Art Marble Co., our restaurant was inspired by the era, and we decided to preserve the building to honor its legacy. 100 years later, we proudly maintain the original name of one of South Lake Union's longest standing buildings.
AM21 proudly offers music, games, pitchers of local draft beer, and delicious, locally sourced food to share amongst friends and neighbors. Grab a pitcher or one of our signature cocktails and head into our 3,000 sq ft game room for everyday free-play featuring pub style games like shuffleboard, bocce ball, and pool tables. For local residents and business and leisure travelers alike, AM21’s multi-level venue offers something for everyone.
Tickets: General admission includes appetizers, desserts, and 2 drink tickets. Call Drinks and Premium Drinks can be purchased for a pre-paid discount. There will be non-alcoholic fresh juice drinks available. Donations are also encouraged to cover additional costs, fund future deposits, and cover the general admission for other classmates.
Financial Aid: If you cannot afford the general admission ticket, please contact us directly.
+1s: Plus-ones are welcome and encouraged. You must purchase a general admission ticket for them during checkout. Sorry, no children, as the venue is 21+ after 9pm.
Drinks/Food/Tabs: Pre-paid drink tickets are available. You are welcome to open a tab at the event to purchase additional food and drinks.
Parking: Street parking is available around the venue. Carpooling, taxi/ride share and public transportation is encouraged.
COVID-19: We require proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID test within 72 hours prior to entering the venue. In the event that COVID-19 restrictions prohibit us from gathering, we will reschedule the event to a later date.
Refunds: Refunds are not available unless the event date is moved due to COVID. Refunds would be available upon request.
End of the event: Last call is at 11:30pm, but you are welcome to stay until the venue closes at 2am.
Damages: Any damage to the facility/equipment during an event will be billed to the Renter (attendee responsible) at the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is less. Damage to pool tables such as a spill or stain will result in a $500 re-felting fee. Broken pool sticks are $400. Missing or removed pool balls are charged for the entire set at $600. Confetti, rice, feather boas, and fireworks are not allowed.
