Both brand-new as well as older buildings, with a particular emphasis on "senior-friendly" condo communities, will be toured in Newmarket.
This service is completely FREE and without obligation. You'll leave with a better understanding of condo living, including how to decipher a MLS listing, comparing maintenance fees, doing due diligence before purchasing a condo, and much more!
