Newly Elected Officials Training

This session will include a presentation by the Law Firm of Ancel Glink, a local government law firm serving communities across Illinois. The seminar will feature training on the most common issues you need to know as a newly elected municipal official.

Returning elected officials are also encouraged to attend this important session to stay current on changes to the law.

Topics will include the Open Meetings Act, FOIA, social media and ethical guidelines for local officials.
