Using principles of Non-Violent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, join WAH in this workshop where we connect authentically by practising heart-based listening and communication.
In this session, we practise creating safe spaces, receiving and giving compassionately through our words. You are invited to bring all of who you are and all of your experiences so that you feel deeply seen and heard.

- Struggling to connect with others
- Curious about effective ways to have a dialogue that honors you and others’ needs
- A genuine desire to connect and create meaningful relationships with an open and loving community...
