Newcomer Kitchen is a Not for Profit Food Entrepreneurship Training Program for Newcomer Women. This dinner is available for pick-up at Trinity St. Pauls United Church or delivery by Good Foot Delivery.

Glaze Turkish Dinner

Appetizer

This seasonal colourful beet hummus is served with fresh pita bread.

Meat /Vegetarian Main

This beguiling classic dish called Sultans Tent. Flaky Turkish phyllo dome (a bit more like puff pastry) is filled with either chunks of chicken and rice or vegetables and rice and napped in a buttery bechemel sauce and topped with mozzerella cheese seared under the grill. Both options come with a seasonal salad.

Dessert

A luscious light lemon cheesecake with ginger cookie crust. Seyma's cheesecake is a fan favorite!
