About this Event
Join us for an evening of sustainable spirits and cocktail crafting with Sapling. Learn the art of mixing the perfect drink while discovering how great cocktails can be kind to the planet too.
Over two hours, Sapling's cocktail expert will guide you through creating three festive serves: a Christmas Spritz, Raspberry Cosmo, and their playful take on a winter classic - Sapling in a Pear Tree. Alongside your cocktails, we'll be serving a selection of Spanish tapas prepared by our chefs.

Tickets are £25 per person and include three cocktails with a selection of paired tapas:
Classic Tortilla
Chicken Souvlaki with beetroot tzatziki
Ham Croquette
