NEWCASTLE NOIR 2024 - 10 CRIMINALLY FABULOUS YEARS!

Newcastle Noir International Crime Writing Festival is so excited to celebrate its 10th Anniversary this year, with 4 days of criminal delights and some exciting fringe events that are new for the festival this year! We’re thrilled that we can celebrate this fabulous bookish milestone with our long-standing partner in crime Newcastle City Library. As ever, we are immensely grateful for their constant support and encouragement since holding the festival there in 2019. As we did last year, we’ll start the festival on Wednesday afternoon with some FREE fun workshops where you can hone your sleuthing skills, and a special author talk. Then from Thursday we’ll have a range of author panels featuring local, national and international authors, including Ann Cleeves, Mari Hannah, Trevor Wood, Louise Candlish and Suk Pannu. In addition, on Thursday and Friday morning, for the budding writers out there, we have a great opportunity to join the Real-Life Writer discussion sessions with author Kitty Murphy and friends. With an amazing line-up of over 40 authors, we hope you’ll be able to join us too for our 10th Anniversary celebrations!

Ticket prices have been held for a third year running.

Tickets: Weekend passes £50 and panel tickets £5
