FAQs
The 6k (4mile) route is mostly flat. It is wheelchair accessible but does include a steep paved bank.
Children are welcome to join with an adult. Please register using their adult/guardian’s email address.
Dogs are welcome but please note that the start zone is loud (with music and drums) and dogs aren’t allowed inside St George’s Church.
Please take care when crossing roads. Although the route mostly follows the Coastal Path there are a few occasions where you will need to cross roads, and follow the highway code.
Please bring a water bottle.
