Our one-day, 3.5 hour newborn care class covers everything you need to know about the first 12 weeks with your new baby. We will discuss everything from newborn characteristics, bathing, and soothing your baby, to car seat safety, safe sleep practices, and home safety tips. We will also learn and practice infant CPR & choking relief, according to the American Heart Association's Family & Friends guidelines.
The class is designed to empower parents and help them feel confident during the newborn phase and beyond.
