About this Event
Having a new baby is both a wonderful and exhausting experience. Newborn and infant sleep can be less predictable. Some days it feels like your baby slept all day and was up all night and other days it can feel like the opposite!
This workshop will cover topics such as what to expect in those first few months, safe sleep, why sleep is important, and how to create healthy sleep habits for restorative sleep. It will also include tips on how and when sleep can become more predictable, including topics such as creating a nap schedule.
Certified Sleep Consultant, Johanna Snyder, will also be available to answer your sleep questions.
