Whether you're looking for guided meditation, positive energy, less stress, or all, this guided journey will meet you exactly where you are.
🐚 Release onto the soft sand and you allow your body to absorb the meditative frequencies and cleansing from the earth.
🐚 Rest back and look up to the stars while listening to astrology insights for the New Moon of the month.
🐚 Enjoy slow gentle somatic movements and breathwork to release body tension and let the force flow.

✧ WHAT TO BRING? : Wear layers, It can get chilly on the beach at night! Large beach towel, or blanket to sit and lay down and something to protect your items from sea mist/rain, or an extra towel if you dip into the ocean. We will have AMBER lights on the beach during the event, byo if you stay after the event. *Its is turtle nesting season, not white lights on the beach.

This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores are at NE 9th st and hotels start one block south at Belmar..

✧ WEATHER:
We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecasts and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Our conditions at our event location can be very different than other side of town. If the weather is iffy at our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab on the website's home page. If we cancel, it will be announced in an email to all ticket holders, at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.
Bring a towel or water-resistant cover. Sea mist and light rain can happen during the event.
