Please Join us at our new pop up location at Powers Aquatics in Hanover for a fun hour of Zumba and popular hits! Led by Diana Kalivas NSCA-CPT and Zumba Instructor, with a professional background of personal training since 2011 and Zumba since 2020. I also bring my cheerleader and coaching background into every class by being upbeat, full of energy and adjusting fitness levels of intensity.
Beginners catch on with easy to follow moves. More advanced levels are challenged accordingly ♥️
I also teach in Whitman Wednesday night at 6:30pm
