New Youth Achievement Award Worker Training - Level 1

We are excited to announce New Training opportunities for Youth Achievement Award (YAA) Award Workers! This session is designed for staff who are new to delivering the YAA programme or have not delivered it within the last 5 years.

The YAA has undergone a bold refresh and is back - better, bolder, and more impactful than ever. Our team has revamped the programme, updated its branding, and enhanced its design to make it easier for professionals to deliver and more exciting for young people aged 11–25.

• Learn how to successfully deliver and assess the YAA and support young people through the qualification.

• Gain confidence in supporting young people through the programme

• Network with other professionals passionate about youth development

• Explore the YAA framework and Agored Cymru accreditation levels

• Share current best practice in planning, delivering, assessing, and evidencing YAA challenges

• Explain internal quality assurance (IQA) requirements and ensuring consistency in assessment across different settings

• Share tools, resources, and templates to support delivery and tracking of learner progress
• Peer & group learning: opportunity to share experiences, challenges and solutions with other YAA deliverers.

Cost: £75 – An email will be sent to the email you use to sign up with payment information.

Please note: Your organisation will be required to become a partner of Youth Cymru with Agored in order to deliver any accredited qualifications or units, this is at a cost of £50 per annum.
