Could you use a little help in deciphering the various grades of beef? Do you have questions about marbling and how it affects the cooking times and temps of your steaks? Join us for a tasting that will answering all of your questions and more. Our experts from the Meat Market will be on hand, along with our Cooking School instructors, to explain the grades of beef, the differences between them, how to select the best grade for your recipe, and to share tips on how to prepare the perfect steak. You'll sit back, relax, and enjoy samples of each grade of New York Strip Steak as you learn all about beef steaks.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine while you sample the various grades of beef.

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
