Join Erin Hill for this new WEEKLY empowering Yoga practice FOR ALL LEVELS. This class combines High Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT) with traditional Yoga Asana (postures) for optimal low-impact, cardiovascular strengthening, body toning, stretching, and detoxifying. Learn how to activate fast-twitch muscle fibers, followed by a deep stretch, and witness results and physical repair in minimal time.
