New Friday Lunchtime Yoga Class by Yoga State of Mind - Invite good habits in your routine. Take some time for yourself on your lunch break at the end of the week to reset for the weekend. We will be learning different breathing techniques as a way of controlling and calming the mind, we will go through poses in Hatha Yoga style, practice Sun Salutations and weave in practical tips on how to connect body with the mind, and mind with the body. Joanna is a qualified 200h+ Yoga Teacher, Mental Health First Aider and NHS accredited yoga protocol facilitator. Multiple class pass is also available for those who are ready to commit to a weekly practice and would like to take advantage of a discount.
