This class will feature a slower, more reflective vinyasa flow that leads practitioners through longer holds of the poses. Set to soothing music, longer holds and slower transitions allow for greater refinement of alignment and a deeper inner exploration of each pose.
Slow Flow is wonderfully suited to those new to the vinyasa style of yoga. Modifications are always offered to accommodate all personal practices. This class includes an guided intention setting for 2026.
This class is open to all levels of experience, but familiarity with vinyasa yoga may be helpful. Modifications will be offered to accommodate individual practices.
