We’ll begin with a meaningful ceremony, where participants write down thoughts, habits, or anything they wish to release from the past year. After placing these in a ceremonial bucket and watching them burn away, we’ll head into the ocean for a rejuvenating cold plunge, symbolizing a fresh start, clear thinking, and a revitalized spirit for the new year. Bring your friends and family to share in this memorable experience, which we plan to make an annual tradition! Location: Oceanfront at 18th St., Virginia Beach
Parking: Available at the ISSD building, 1705 Baltic Ave once you park, walk down to the oceanfront and you’ll see everyone down there.
Feel free to dip in or stay in the maximum of three minutes to get the full cold plunge experience up to you! No pressure.
